1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VISIONQEFA LLC’s platform, including Elder (a faith-based conversational guide) and other subscription-based services (e.g., subscription video-on-demand (SVOD), social media tools, chatbots), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We provide these services with integrity and fairness to empower African creatives and global users.

2. Services Overview

nqefa offers digital platforms to support creatives, including:

  • Elder: A conversational guide designed to help students, researchers, leaders, and everyday people find answers to life’s questions, rooted in purpose and hope.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access premium features (e.g., elder’s advanced tools, SVOD content).
  • Provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

  • We offer tiered subscription plans for access to Elder, SVOD, and other platform features.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your account settings.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer) for applicable subscription fees at each billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as outlined below.

4.4 Refunds

  • On a case by case basis. Contact support@nqefa.com to request a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, subject to payment provider policies.

4.5 Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for annual subscriptions.
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment information.

5. User Content and Conduct

  • You retain ownership of content uploaded to our platforms (e.g., videos, posts, Elder interactions) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for platform functionality.
  • Content must align with our values of authenticity, respect, and purpose. Prohibited content includes material that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or contrary to our mission.
  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these terms, guided by ethical conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our platforms, including Elder, SVOD, chatbots, and related content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our services without prior written consent.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, including non-payment, misuse, or posting prohibited content.
  • You may delete your account via account settings, subject to our data retention policies (see Privacy Policy).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits) arising from use or inability to use our services.
  • We strive for reliable access but are not responsible for interruptions or losses beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, where VISIONQEFA LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in New Mexico courts, subject to applicable international laws for our global users.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
  • Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email (support@nqefa.com). Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
  • Previous versions of the terms will be archived and available upon request.
